It’s my first. A local shop to my girlfriend was doing any small single color tattoo for $20, tip included. This one was just too easy to mess up, so I went for it. Gave them 30 bucks anyway because of how nice it came out.

And yes, I’m aware that I’ll hear a ton of “Is that a chicken wing?” and “What country is that?”

I’ve had Road America on the top of my foot for almost a year now and I’ve never had anyone ask me about it. Granted, most of my friends know what it is, so that might help.

Good choice. Yeah you’ll have a lot of ‘splainin to do. But I think it’ll be worth it. That probably took less that 45 minutes.

I like tattoos on other people, I have none. Doubt I’ll get any.

It’s most likely going to stay like this for a while. I may eventually add the alternate routes and pit lanes in a different color, though.

I’ve also decided that, if I ever want more done on this arm, I might do a collage of my favorite tracks and possibly fill in the empty space with line art, like the Falken poster I can’t be bothered to look up right now.
